We are in search of a versatile and proactive Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Executive to spearhead our online presence and drive growth across various digital channels. In addition to managing the operational aspects of our ecommerce marketplace, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Job Specifications:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of our Ecommerce Marketplace, overseeing product uploads, promotions & sales order management.
- Provide exceptional customer support, managing inquiries promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the brand team & brand communication strategy team on marketing activities and assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Generate insightful month-end reports on house brand performance and competitor analysis on the ecommerce platform.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving targets.
- Thrive in both collaborative team environments and independent work settings, excelling in fast-paced environments.
- Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- This role will also involve meticulous budget planning, monitoring, and review to ensure optimal resource allocation and ROI.
Core Responsibilities:
Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine advertising (SEA), and social media marketing (SMM). His/her role will involve:
- Crafting engaging social media content and managing our brand's presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Implementing SEO best practices to improve our website's visibility and organic traffic.
- Executing SEA campaigns to drive targeted traffic and optimize conversion rates.
- Managing SMM campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing agency to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
