Our Client is a renowned Engineering MNC with a great dynamic culture. They are hiring a Compensation Benefits Executive on a 1-year contract with the opportunity to be converted to a permanent staff.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to HR Operations administration for payrolling, HRIS, budgeting, compensation and benefits.
- Ensure activities and policies are compliant with legal legislations, data protection and company guidelines.
- Propose, improve and contribute to the implementation and improvement of C&B initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors to oversee and support the end-to-end payroll processing for more than 400 employees
- Collaborate with the wider Human Resource team for internal queries and communicate accurately policies, claims, and all relevant C&B related information
Requirements
- Payrolling and C&B experience for high volume of employees
- Experienced in managing external vendors for payrolling
- Advantageous to have experience in Unit4 software
- Positive and willing to learn
Location: JEM
Working Hours: 830-530, Mon to Fri
