Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, address concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Lead performance management processes and assist in developing career paths for employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Oversee benefits administration and contribute to the development of employee benefits programs.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven 5-7 years of experience in human resources management mainly in construction sector.
- Preferable if have experience in handling construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using any ERP/HR software will be an advantage.
- Preferred skill sets: Self driven, resourceful, problem solving nature, and good conversational/ writing skills in English.
- Willing to work on half day - alternate Saturday.
