Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Support employee relations activities, addressing inquiries and concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to performance management processes, helping to develop and track individual and team goals.
- Assist with HR compliance, including maintaining records, assisting with audits, and staying up-to-date with employment laws.
- Help coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Participate in benefits administration and support HR projects as needed.
- Collaborate with HR manager to align the HR strategies with the company’s business goals.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Preferable if have experience in handling construction industry.
- 2-4 years of relevant HR experience mainly in construction sector.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using any ERP/HR software will be an advantage.
- Willing to work on half day - alternate Saturday.
