- Ensure that the outlet operates effectively, adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity and implement strategies to improve results.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed overall sales targets and revenue goals.
