Job Description:
- Responsible for handling regional financial and management reporting, including reviewing financial statements for group companies.
- Provide support to regional subsidiaries during the closing process if needed.
- Analyze and assess balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management for the company and its regional subsidiaries.
- Identify areas for improvement in regional performance and suggest initiatives.
- Collaborate with the President on budgeting and forecasting for regional subsidiaries.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing transfer pricing.
- Assist in improving finance processes and implementing digital solutions.
- Review monthly financial reports and activities at the local level.
- Manage cash and banking operations.
- Coordinate with external parties like auditors and tax agents.
- Take on additional projects or tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Hold a degree in Accounting & Finance, and preferably possess CPA or CA certification.
- Accumulate 8-10 years of experience in financial accounting, including some years in a supervisory role.
- Have experience working across different regions.
- Possess a strong understanding of IFRS, consolidation, and taxation.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office, including Power BI.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent financial planning & analytical (FP&A) skills.
- Effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
