- Implements sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives for the assigned accounts
- Ensures that the products are appropriately priced to meet the targeted profit margin as set by Sales Manager/Director to improve on sales and customer support for resolution, maintaining or adjusting actions
- Conducts or organizes training seminars and presentations for customers when required
- Provides daily customer service to resolve customer questions and concerns regarding, quality, availability and delivery, and also provides first-hand technical assistance to customers and coordinates Suppliers’ technical resources to ensure that technical solutions are developed to meet customer satisfaction
- Facilitates the speedy resolution of accounts receivable issues as assigned in order to support the achievement of Company revenue targets
Requirements
2-3 years preferably in Semi-Con Industry
