Job Description:
- Establish a day-to-day work schedule for the project based on the master schedule.
- Manage and Supervise team workers to ensure that work is done safely and with productivity.
- Communicate and cooperate with Project Manager and site team to report project status on a regular basis.
- Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects to complete on time and of desired quality.
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Close coordination with team members to optimize usage of resources.
- Material and Equipment Control.
Requirements:
- Have at least 3 years related experiences in construciton project site work.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures,equipment and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good Problem-solving abilities.
- The position needs to communicate with the director who is Mandarin Speaker, proficiency in Mandarin is required.
