Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the SMT machines and related equipment on 3rd shift operation.
- Control the product quality and downtime of machine.
- Reduce the maintenance cost and set up the line for production.
- Perform daily maintenance, apply oil, grease and inspect machine parts to follow Daily maintenance checklist.
- Troubleshoot machine if breakdown.
- Set-up the line for production.
- Prepare the program for DVT and MVT run (new models).
- Assist production to control product quality and output.
- Cross-trained with morning shift to take care of Wave soldering, washing machine and backline operations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any Engineering field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in PCBA Test Environment field is required for this position.
- Willing to work for long hours (12hrs shift) and support night shift production.
