Salary: $100 - $120 per day
Working Days: Every Tuesday - Thursday (3 days a week)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Duties:
- Assisting in all aspects of running the Sensory Panels. This includes following the panel sessions and preparing samples and materials for panel training and profiling, as per protocol / instructions
- Responsible for storing and preparing samples for both training and profiling session and ensuring sufficient stock volume of general supplies are maintained
- Responsible for the overall management of product/sample deliveries and managing the storage.
- Preparing the Sensory Panel working area, ensuring its safety and cleanliness.
- Assisting with the set-up of recruitment screening sessions, making up screening solutions/products and facilitating the session with the candidates in the booth area
- Assisting with running sensory evaluation sessions, prepare questionnaire, prepare and serving of samples and data collection
Job Requirements:
- Minimal ITE / polytechnic diploma equivalent in Food Science or similar
- Previous work experience in application laboratory or food service background is preferable.
- IT literate, competent with using Word, Excel and outlook
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Comfortable working with more than 10 sensory panelists, facilitate discussion when in absence of Panel Leader
