Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
Cook a variety of Western Fusion Cuisine in a timely manner
Work together with kitchen staff in preparing food ingredients
Ensure compliance with prevailing food safety standards and regulations
Monitor and Maintenance of stock, materials, supplies, and equipment
Ensure cleanliness in the Kitchen in a timely manner
Requirements:
2 years of experience or more in Western Fusion Cuisine and managing a culinary team in a restaurant
Added advantage if you know Asian Cuisine as well.
5.5-day work week
Equipped with an excellent sense of taste and creativity in food presentation.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Possess strong skills and mastery of the cooking techniques
Excellent communication skills and team player
