Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance, and day-to-day operational support for existing operations.
- Coordinate, assist, and escort personnel for network cabling work with our appointed vendors.
- Ensure network cables are installed and labelled according to standards.
- Update and verify DC IT asset information in CMDB and DCIM.
- Quarterly review & replacement of DC visitor logbook.
- Enforcement of DC policy and change management process.
What you need
- At least a Diploma in computer science, IT or Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in enterprise DC operation and management.
- Experience in maintaining asset information in ServiceNow CMDB is desirable.
