- To provide administrative support to site staff, including managing records and site-related documentation.
- Ensure and maintain proper technical documentation and a filing system of documents, records, and information.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with all documentation.
- Track and provide a weekly or monthly update on document control quality metrics.
- Create standardized templates and procedures.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
REQUIREMENT:
- Min diploma or above
- Min 3 years relevant experience in Construction Industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Working at Changi East Area, site office
