Responsibilities:
- Responsible for courseware development from designing, developing, implementing and evaluating both WSQ and non-WSQ Curriculum and Instructional materials.
- Able to establish both short-term and long-term development plans/road maps for the Curriculum Development Division.
- Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional materials.
- Participate in curriculum committee meetings for curriculum validation, demand sensing etc
- Contextualize the curriculum as per client requirements with the assistance of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Work with the Operation Manager and Adult Educators in contextualizing the curriculum.
- Participate in client meetings with Adult educators, business development team and HR consultants in identifying the training needs and developing curriculums
Requirements:
- Diploma and above with five years of relevant working experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role;
- Possess sound knowledge and competence on adult learning pedagogies and learning technologies (e-Learning, AR, VR) to enhance training effectiveness and promote learners' engagement and interest;
- WSQ DACE or WSQ DDDLP;
- At least two years of experience in WSQ curriculum design, development and successful accreditation with SSG;
- Possess strong Project Management skills to manage and deliver project assignments within deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
