Job description
- Responsible for data entry , general administrative work
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, mailing and data entry
- Handle general enquiries and administrative works.
- All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Initiate and handle regular follow ups of all sales enquires; including walk-ins, calls and emails enquiries
- Maintain good relationships with customers at all time
- Maintain good communication within the company
- Checking and verifying courses documentation are in order before submission to relevant authorities
