We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team, dedicated to empowering businesses through our innovative advertising solutions. This role is pivotal in fostering growth and connectivity between businesses and their customers across various digital platforms.
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with clients. You'll provide expert consultation, education, and support to help businesses achieve outstanding results through our advertising services. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in client management, a knack for strategic marketing, and the agility to execute sales plans effectively. A successful tenure in this role is defined by your consultative sales approach, collaborative spirit, experimental mindset, and your capacity to excel in a fast-paced, data-centric environment under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Foster revenue growth by serving as a digital advertising expert, offering tailored recommendations and education to businesses of various scales and complexities.
- Generate actionable insights from campaign performances, devising and implementing solution-based strategies to optimize clients' marketing investments.
- Align clients' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with our digital solutions to enhance value incrementally.
- Address and manage client inquiries and troubleshooting efforts efficiently.
- Maintain and update internal databases and sales materials.
- Support the creation and translation of sales content.
- Manage logistics for external events and marketing initiatives, including project management, client engagement, and facilitation support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising, media agency, or performance marketing sectors.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-paced setting while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and quantitative analytical capabilities.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, adapting to change, and managing risk.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- A track record of managing and influencing client relationships.
- Willingness to undertake administrative and operational tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales, business development, or customer success.
- Familiarity with digital advertising solutions.
