As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sales plans, cultivating key client relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department. This role requires a combination of leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in the sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture;
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends;
- Implement, execute, budget, manage risk and prepare reports of relevant projects to stakeholders.
- Develop a clientele base by actively seeking out new sales opportunities;
- Proactively access, identify clients’ needs, and propose suitable consultation and business solutions to meet clients’ requirements using Company’s products and services;
- Planning and conducting physical sales presentations to prospective and current customers on a regular basis by giving professional demonstrations or presentations of the Company’s products and services;
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (clients, suppliers, other departments, etc.) to ensure smooth operation and key clients’ needs are met;
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Implement efficient and effective sales processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus;
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience;
- Experience in data centre and cloud computing industry is preferred;
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to adapt to changes and implement innovative solutions.
