Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end support to Talent Acquisition from point of job posting through to on-boarding arrangements.
- Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of confirmation and contracts renewal follow up Update and manage employees’ p-file throughout the employee lifecycle according to audit standards
- Digitization of p-files for ease of reviewing, archiving & retiring documents
- Support in employees’ benefits invoicing administration
- Attend to staff queries relating to HR and benefits matters
- Participate and/or provide support to HR-centric projects and other administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of HR related experience
- Possess good planning, organising and analytical skills
- Resilient with an aptitude for time management, organisation and communication
- Demonstrate integrity and has the drive in delivering excellence in work.
- Ability to work on projects as and when required
