Job Responsibilities:
- Address and promptly resolve customers' inquiries, feedback, and issues
- Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Ensure customers' orders are effectively communicated to and fabricated by the production team
- Plan and efficiently manage the daily schedule for installation teams
- Maintain up-to-date monthly sales reports
- Schedule appointments with customers for the sales team
- Verify payment invoices for accuracy and process payments to suppliers
