Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist in organizing training schedules, room bookings, and setup
- Ensure Training SOPs are strictly adhered to and boutique roleplays are conducted in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate training logistics
- Maintain and update training-related software and databases
- Conduct internal stand-up classroom training to new joiners
- Plan and execute Retail Team Building activities
- Ensure smooth execution of training courses for the Cortina Group of Companies whenever required
- Conduct brand-specific field coaching, focusing on brand and product knowledge
- Review of Mystery Shopping results in a timely manner
- Ensure retail team attends recommended external training courses
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role
- Able to work well with others and thrive in a team environment
