Responsibilities:
- Follow closely with macro trends and industry trends, close to customer and category insights in order to have a stronger brand and product story telling in order to build up the fundamentals of stronger communications.
- APAC Marketing Communication Strategy: Develop digital strategy with multi-channel customer engagement in APAC and execute marketing communication strategies specifically designed for the APAC markets and develop programs, and campaigns to enhance Brand credentials, Brand engagement especially focusing on digital channels reaching new customers in the general market APAC; Identify target audiences, determine appropriate communication channels, and create impactful messaging to effectively promote products and services. Strategically expand communications.
- Performance marketing and paid media
- Hands-on experience in executing paid campaigns in Meta, Google, LinkedIn
- Copywrite ad copy and work with designer to develop ad creatives
- Manage or support administrative matters such as billing, tracking, and updating of media budgets
- Coordinate with publishers and media outlets on ad purchases
- Partner with Digital platforms publishers and media outlets on marketing events
- Website analytics and content management
- Ability to conceptualize campaign landing pages
- Good understanding and practical experience of Baidu, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and other relevant analytics tools (Preferred)
- Experience with website content management systems to upload or maintain content
- Email marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools.
- Scheduling and sending out of emails to pre-defined audience segments
- Maintain database of contacts
- Data-driven Reporting
- Prepare corresponding reports for the above areas
- Analyze data to gain actionable insights in the social and communication platforms
- Work closely with UI / UX to enhance customer experience as well as optimize conversion rate
- SEO development
- Craft regional SEO marketing strategies across platforms and channels for B2B2C and B2B models
- Optimize website for search engines (SEO)
- Ownership of agency relationships - Source and work with agencies to ensure tactical implementation of strategy.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
- Flawless Commercialization: Lead the refinement of internal processes for flawless commercialization. Create and manage marketing collaterals such as selling guides, spec sheets, presentations, and product catalogs, ensuring they are consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key value propositions to target audiences.
- APAC New Product/Service/Solutions Launch Communication: Lead corporate communications for new product, service, and solutions launches in the APAC market. Develop and execute communication plans to generate excitement, awareness, and adoption among target audiences.
- Brand Communications: Manage internal brand communications, including establishing and maintaining standards of identity, image banks, icon banks, and templates. Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging within the organization to strengthen brand recognition and alignment. Lead APAC News plan and launch. Brand stories
- Develop and Manage Spokesperson Development Building Technology Leadership: Plan and create a spokesperson internally, such as an industry expert or key opinion leader (KOL), who can effectively communicate externally to enhance brand reputation. Develop their expertise, provide guidance, and coordinate their involvement in external communication activities
- Collaborate with global marketing teams and communicate regularly to ensure consistent messaging and branding strategies across different regions. Share insights and best practices to optimize marketing communication efforts. Gateway to global digital marketing
- Be the voice of the region when collaborating on globally led brand development projects (e.g. global asset development, refinement of brand toolkits, input into long-term brand strategy)
- Trademark registration: Manage the process of researching, preparing, filing, and maintaining trademark registrations to protect the organization's intellectual property rights.
- Responsible for budget management for the Regional APAC by markets
- Special Projects such as creation of digital platforms tools and assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal), especially in story telling editorial skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders across the APAC markets including Chinese speaking stakeholders at China
- 7-10 years or above of proven experience in marketing communication, preferably with a focus on the APAC market and B2B environment.
- Proven ability to develop innovative, disruptive and less traditional creative content and execution
- Research experiences especially exposure and experience in analyzing and articulation on macro-economics across APAC markets.
- Good data analytics skills with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into actionable insights and recommendations. Experience in using analytics, dashboarding and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, etc)
- Extensive knowledge of B2B digital content, media and nurturing campaigns
