Job Description
Responsibilities
- To be stationed at Headquarters counter sales.
- Establish and manage clientele base and maintain good working relationship with customers (eg. home owners, interior designers, contracters).
- Work with E-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure marketing strategy and promotions for online and offline platforms are complimentary and minimise sales cannibalisation.
- Plan & develop sales strategies to achieve monthly projected targets.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely deliveries to clients.
- Assist in preparation of monthly sales reports for management's review.
- Prepare quotations for potential clients.
- Attend to clients in a proactive manner, ensuring that clients’ expectations are met on a timely manner.
- Render simple technical assistance upon request by clients or escalation to customer support department when required.
- Attend to and follow up on sales enquiries from customers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and proper fulfilment of customers’ requirements.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work on weekends (5-day week)
- Preferably Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing/Engineering or equivalent.
- Independent and proactive individual.
- Must be service oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to handle both end-consumers and inter-departments.
- Those with working experience with SAP (B1) will be an advantage.
