Provide operational support to ensure efficient beauty salon outlets' management through proper planning, effective methods, execution and improving standard operating processes whenever needed to support the business growth.
Inventory Management
- Coordinating with Retail Team / Head of Marketing / HQ regarding inventory needs, not limited to forecasting, stocks ordering / processing, delivery schedule pre-alerts, short expiry SKUs
- Liaison with third-party Logistics provider on Delivery Schedule, variance in Stocks Receiving, missing information in Delivery Order when needed
- Responsible for stocks return, stocks exchange and stocks adjustment functions
- To work on the proposed qty allocation for new launch items
- In charge of centre’s quarterly stock take to ensure 100% accuracy
- In charge of annual third-party Logistics & Auditor’s Stock Take
- Investigate any inventory discrepancies and reconcile all inventory reports and highlight all issues for management
- Control and manage AS inventory and transfers across all locations effectively
- Ensure that the stock level at all locations is within the acceptable thresholds and work closely with the buying team on stock management
Operations Management
- Take down minutes of meeting & email to every participating member
- Generate various daily, weekly and monthly performance reports in an orderly and timely manner
- POS system maintenance
- Salon facilities and maintenance
- Management & procurement of centres equipment & miscellaneous items while managing cost
- In charge of updating and maintenance of Centres Standard Operating Procedures Manual
- Ensure the company’s policies and standards are communicated and implemented.
- Supports the Area Manager & HOS on new store openings and remodelling
- Preparation for New Joiner
- Code Creations for Promotions
- Assist in preparing Memos for dissemination to the Centres
- Maintenance of Service/Products Credit Expiry
- Responsive to emergencies during outlets operating hours including weekends / PHs
- Work with the department head to improve work processes and grow the business
- Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by HOS
Customer Service Management
- Manage customer enquiry not limited to handling, resolving and minimizing customer complaints
Requirements:
- At least 2 years relevant experience and preferably has experience in Salon / Retail Management
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, MS words
- Those with working knowledge in SAP will have an added advantage
- Highly organized, meticulous, motivated with a strong sense of ownership
- Possess good interpersonal, communication & customer management skills
- Strong analytical skill, multi-tasker with good business acumen
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest & passion in retail operations
- Adaptable to changes
Other Information:
- 5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
