Job Description
Traditional Marketing:
- Ensuring that all Marketing Peripherals & Communications are aligned to Company Branding & Marketing Goals
- Building the Top of Mind Recall Branding for the Company & Product Branding through ATL & BTL efforts & campaigns
- In-Store Marketing for our Retail Chain to maximise visuals & business growth
- Organise & Plan Marketing Campaigns in collaboration with both B2B & B2C Teams to grow the business
- Manage & Enhance Market Presence through Product Packaging Design
Online Marketing:
- Revamp, design and/or launch a website/s that caters to usability and customer experience to grow the Online Sales and Branding for the company
Social Media Engagement:
- Develop Attractive Content that will engage and draw people to & through our Social Media and our Websites to grow the Online Business & Branding
- Partnership / Reciprocal Marketing:
- Source & Develop profitable & beneficial partnership marketing campaigns to build awareness and grow business
Events Marketing:
- Organise, Plan & Run Events that will help build the branding & awareness of the Company and the Company's products
- Monitor, Analyse and report on customer trends and feedback and improve on customer traffic and engagement through the Digital Platforms
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing or Business
- Proven Track Record in Digital Marketing
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a Management Position
- Strong Leadership, Communications and Inter-Personal Skills
- Problem Solving & Organizational Skills
- Strong Knowledge in E-Carts & CMS, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Self-Starter and able to Multi-Task
- Effectively Bilingual, Written and Spoken
- Good Working Knowledge on Quality Management Systems & Workplace Safety
