Company Description
Our client is an European MNC, one of the leading players within the manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are looking for a FP&A Manager to oversee their plants within APAC region.
Role Description
- As a FP&A Manager, you play a critical role in financial planning and analysis supporting key management decisions. You are responsible for monitoring business and cost trends across markets, analyse financial impacts of budget/ forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures. On top of that, you will be working closely with the different cross functional teams, your portfolio will include development on strategy of growth, drive insightful analysis and financial visibility to enable strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in regional FP&A remit, ideally experience from manufacturing sector
- Experience in SAP and any data analytics tool (eg. Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan etc.)
- Ability to work in fast pace environment and deal with ambiguities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
