Contract Logistics Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the contract logistics operations for Bok Seng Logistics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of logistics processes and services to meet the needs of our clients. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of logistics principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for contract logistics operations in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
· Manage and oversee all aspects of contract logistics activities, including warehousing, distribution, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and requirements, and develop customized solutions to meet their expectations.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective and efficient logistics services.
· Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of contract logistics operations and identify areas for improvement.
· Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
