- Responsible for organizing the Executive’s calendar/ diary and help to prioritise the Executive's time when there are competing demands
- Responsible for the Executive’s travel arrangements and proactively plan for the Executive’s business travel and itinerary in advance
- Liaise with external parties on Executive's behalf across multiple projects
- Proactively coordinate internal and external meetings, correspondences and any other administrative tasks as required including but not limited to sourcing and reserving venues for events and conferences
- Assist to prepare presentations and other deliverables
- Maintain and upkeep the appearance of the office conference rooms and meeting areas in preparation for the Executive’s internal meetings.
