Job Scope:
- Ensure that all tasks are conducted in adherence to safety and environmental guidelines
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards throughout the project
- Provide clear instructions to ensure installations align with approved construction drawings
- Manage construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues
- Develop installation sequences and detailed schedules for various facade components
- Coordinate with subcontractors on site installation and quality matters
- Regularly monitor and update project progress reports
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections, material deliveries, and activities
- Organize and coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and relevant authorities
- Efficiently manage and plan the delivery of site materials and equipment
- Coordinate site storage arrangements with the main contractor
- Assist Project Manager in submitting materials samples and mock-ups for approval
- Conduct inspections against condition of structures vs drawings and report any discrepancies
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience and knowledge in steel, glass and building envelopes
- Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience
