Job Description:

  • Source tender/quotation opportunities and manage submission for clients.
  • Review tender documents/award letters and handle all the post-tender queries/correspondence.
  • Manage the filing for all the tender/quotation documents.
  • Maintain tender/quotation and extension of contract in tender tracking system.
  • Provide updates to clients/customers.
  • Perform accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system.
  • Handle all enquiries/complaints/feedback from customer/clients.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures and processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Min diploma
