Job Descriptions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing clients.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets.
- Uphold high standards of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Address feedback promptly, offering suitable solutions and alternatives, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Manage and service new sales leads generated from sales development efforts.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts and monitor sales performance.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic attitude with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Professional communication skills for interactions with both internal and external customers.
