Responsibilities:
- Ensure and enforce high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Perform required duties and report to the management on issues such as food costs and weekly reviews,
- Prepare desserts, fruits, ice cream, and pastries as assigned by Head Chef
- Keep the Head Chef informed of issues and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternate actions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Chef or F&B Manager
Requirements
- At least 2 year(s) in pastry making experience.
- Be familiar with ingredients used, and seasonality of ingredients.
- Positive, motivated, and good communication skills
