Description
- Spearhead, implement, and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with AABB, FACT, and MOH license guidelines.
- Report on quality activities quarterly and conduct annual management reviews.
- Interface with regulators and external quality auditors.
- Monitor and review quality indicators and related reports.
- Provide guidance to departments for refining practices and protocols, including risk assessment.
- Lead root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate process control for safety, identity, purity, and potency of products/services.
- Initiate process improvement practices and benchmark against industry standards.
- Train and distribute quality practices within the company and regional teams.
- Act as the company’s management representative in compliance assessments.
- Oversee document control center for updated records of quality documents.
- Assist in root cause analysis, work process improvements, and problem-solving.
- Monitor quality objectives/indicators across departments to ensure SOP compliance.
- Review processing records and reports per regulatory/accreditation standards.
- Conduct yearly internal audits and coordinate interdepartmentally for audit readiness.
- Ensure departments conduct annual document reviews and stay updated on quality matters.
- Collaborate with regional offices on quality issues.
- Conduct quality training for new and existing employees.
- Support supplier/vendor qualifications with relevant departments.
- Coordinate and review operational and quality risk assessments, including workplace safety.
- Analyze new/revised standards to ensure departmental SOP compliance.
- Assist in setting up Quality Management Practices and risk assessment for new services/entities.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's degree
- Min. 5+ years in Quality Management (Healthcare, Pharma) experience
- Has 2+ years in managerial role
- Led regulatory assessments, audits
- Process improvement experience
- Strong communication skills
- Change management ability
- Senior role for experienced candidates
