Job Info:
- Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
- Basic up to $4000 + AWS
- Esplanade
Job Scope:
- Update fortnightly stock reports and distribute to the business
- Update sales staff on stock availability in Warehouses
- Manage inventory levels between warehouses in China, UK, Netherlands, Dubai
- Create stock shipments and organise transportation – liaise with Finance
- Liaise with hauliers and negotiate costs
- Track shipments between warehouses and from suppliers
- Raise and manage purchase orders from suppliers and sister companies
- Adhoc reporting
- Adhoc stock management duties – Liaise with warehouses
- Manage and update product data
- Synchronise warehouse stocks and system stocks
- Manage Amazon orders
- Help with supply chain system upgrade
- Run reports for management
- Help with sales order when required (transport declarations, etc)
Additional Duties
- Diploma / Degree in any business-related disciplines
- Experience in managing stock
- Time management skills with a can-do attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Able to manage stress, adaptable and flexible
- Teamworking skills
- Problem solving skills, sense of neatness and accuracy
- Proficient on SAGE 200, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Word, Outlook will be preferred
