Working location: Changi Cargo Agent Building
Client Communication: Communicate with clients via phone or email to provide updates on shipments, and resolve issues related to transportation and delivery.
Order Processing: Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted. This includes verifying and arranging transportation, and scheduling deliveries.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during transportation and delivery, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies. Work closely with drivers and warehouse personnel.
Tracking and Monitoring: Monitor the status of shipments and track their movement from origin to destination. Keep clients informed of any changes or delays and provide real-time updates as needed.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including order details and shipping documents.
