Project Director

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of AI and cloud projects from initiation to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements.
3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
4. Coordinate resources, including personnel, technology, and equipment, to support project activities effectively.
5. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
6. Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members.
7. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
8. Prepare and present regular project status reports, including key metrics, milestones achieved, and upcoming milestones.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and cloud computing, and integrate relevant insights into project strategies.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of at least 20 years in project management roles, with a focus on delivering complex projects in the AI and cloud computing industry.
2. Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
3. Strong understanding of AI and cloud technologies, platforms, and solutions, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
6. Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings, client visits, and industry events.
