They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join the team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company managing, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, and experience in leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the company's cash flow and working capital, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the industry
