Responsibilities
- Updating monthly & quarterly data files for shipment, freight, BO and other necessary data (including internal analyses, dealer inventory list, etc.)
- Uploading NPI prices and updating T/P & L/P for all brands in the Intranet & Mapics system
- Improving internal price uploading processes through coordination with IT and PMG teams
- Uploading sales campaign and promotion data, Customer & AR related data into the Mapics system as requested
- Updating Dealer Portal access forms from dealers
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales coordinating or sales support experience maintaining and updating data, handle data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Basic proficiency in ERP systems namely, Mapics and SAP
