The ServiceNow Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding clients towards establishing a robust technical foundation within the ServiceNow platform. They are responsible for providing technical advisory services to ensure clients adopt leading practices in instance strategy, technical governance, data management, integrations, and overall platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advisory to clients on their ServiceNow customer journey, facilitating their adoption of ServiceNow as an enterprise service management platform.
- Deploy ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions in accordance with best practices, leveraging extensive experience in the field.
- Lead delivery teams by providing technical leadership and expertise across the ServiceNow suite of portfolio solutions.
- Demonstrate an advisory approach and deep knowledge of various Service Management platforms, actively contributing to architecture design.
- Drive digital transformation within client organizations by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities effectively.
- Foster product adoption of clients' ServiceNow investments, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop features within the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Business Rules, Access Control Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Workflows.
- Possess extensive experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
- Demonstrate a high level of expertise in multiple system environments, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- More than 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development, with over 3 years in a solution architect role.
- Proven success in resolving complex issues through analysis and innovative solutions.
- Experience leading end-to-end architecture and design for large programs.
- Proficiency in cloud application technologies.
- Configuration experience across various ServiceNow workflows, including IT, Employee, Customer, and Creator workflows.
- Comprehensive experience in at least 3 of the following ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM)/IT Asset Management (ITAM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Security Operations (SecOps), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Ability to consult with business analysts and project managers to develop technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
