Our client is a Europe MNC, one of the leading players in the Freight Forwarding sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Operation Specialist to be part of their Operation team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
The Project Operation Specialist's responsibles are:
- Timely and accurate registration of shipments into the CW1 forwarding system.
- Update internal and external systems with precise shipment data.
- Ensure adherence to all security arrangements and procedures.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents.
- Collaborate and monitor Permit Declaration activities with the permit declaration vendor.
- Coordinate customer booking requests at both origin and destination through call forwarding.
- Proactively follow up, coordinate, and communicate shipment information with stakeholders, including subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma and above
- Min 1 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/ shipping industry
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in custom declaration (Import & Export)
