Overview:
Our Healthcare client is seeking a highly motivated individual to join them as a HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist (Executive or Senior Executive) you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including orientation and paperwork assistance.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities such as maintaining records and updating systems.
- Assist in employee relations matters, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Participate in training initiatives and contribute to HR projects to improve processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years of HR experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidate with more experience will be considered for higher positions
