- Perform end to end payroll processing (weekly and end month) Guards and Office staff.
- Work closely with Managers to ensure smooth payroll processes.
- Check against employment contract and update the details of newly joined employees.
- Responsible for calculation of allowance, OT and claims processing.
- Manage employees’ leave records, on boarding & out boarding.
- Perform tax clearance (IRAS-IRAS21) for resigned staff and prepare yearly IR8A for online submission.
- Upload CPF monthly reports for submission.
- Employee claim for medical reimbursement.
- Ensure all timesheets submitted correctly for guards.
- Check annual leave, medical leave & hospitalization leave application of staff.
- Maintain payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with MOM and Government regulations.
- Ensure high accuracy and updating of staff records in HR system.
- Prepare monthly payroll summary report to finance department.
- HR related filing.
- Any other HR /Payroll functions as assigned.
