Billing Officer
Job Summary:
- Represents airlines as cargo and postal mail sales agent
- Basic $1800 - $2800 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm, Alternate Saturday 9am – 1pm

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in billing and issuing of invoices to our cargo and mail customers
- Assist in cost checking of invoices received from airlines, ground handlers and other service vendors
- Attend to any billing queries
- Assist in preparation of Sales Report
- Provide accounting support
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- At least “O” & “N” Levels
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Candidates who can communicate in both English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with our key English and Mandarin speaking associates)
- Candidates who can start work immediately will be considered favourably
