Job description:
Asssit the QA Executive in ensuring product quality are met and standards (ISO, Food safety) are
properly implemented and updated.
* Conduct quality check (tests and inspections) for in-coming, in-process and out-going goods for all
production lines and all products produced.
* Conduct sample testing for new product and/or trial for new materials
* Inspecting output samples using established procedures, such as comparing to standards, measuring
dimensions and functionality tests.
* Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying
with legal and customer's requirements.
* Reviewing Proofsheets and specifications to compare to produced goods.
* Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing sorting results and input data
into quality database.
* Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that does not meet requirements.
* Keeping measuring equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and
highlights for repairs.
* Other activities as and when as assigned by the QA Executive
Requirements:
* O Level/Quality Management, Food Technology or equivalent
* Minimum 1 year experience in Quality Assurance role preferably from the packaging industry
* Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, HACCP and Food Safety Management System implementation.
* Basic knowledge of computer use (Word & Excel)
~ willing to work rotating shift, by schedule (6:45 to 6:45), with transport provided.
