Responsibilites
- Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Placing orders and managing admin-related purchase orders
- Issuing uniforms and accessories to new hires and tracking inventory
- Liaising with Finance and suppliers for invoice payments
- Supporting company-wide employee engagement activities
- Verifying business expense claims and leave records
- Maintaining employee files and HR documents
- Preparing HR headcount reports
- Screening job applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Managing the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Monitoring renewal for licensing courses and managing training invoices
- Liaising with Finance and trainers for invoice payments
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant HR and administration with real estate industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and other language skills will be a plus.
