Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function for the company.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities for the company.
- Involve in payroll processing and insurance claims.
- Responsible for work pass application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Managing the leave administration and statutory claims.
- Assist in company training and development initiatives.
- Review and improve HR policy.
- Establish conditions of the contracts for transfers, promotions, and new recruits.
- Propose and implement new human resources processes.
- Business partnering with line managers and provide HR advices as needed.
- Knowledge of regional labor laws.
- Closely work with the management and staff to enhance working relationships and boost morale.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 7 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably from a European company
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
