Qualifications/Experiences/Skills Required
- Degree in Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR in supervision capacity
- Must be computer literate in MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Meticulous, sense of urgency and able to work independently
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- High level of integrity and resourceful
Brief Job Descriptions
- Responsible for the recruitment process which includes (but not limited) to the following:
- Ensuring the pre-requisites for the vacancy are properly defined
- Placing of advertisements
- Compiling & distributing the resumes to the hiring manager
- Interview arrangements & evaluation
- Finalizing & offer to candidate
- Induction of new staff
- To ensure all government & statutory regulations in areas of recruitment, taxes, CPF, Ministry of Manpower are complied with. Include but not limited to Work Pass applications, tax clearances, statistics submission etc.
- Ensure payroll is accurate and on time. Manage NS reservist make-up pay, government childcare leave and government maternity leave.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory contributions (CPF, SDF etc.).
- Ensure staff insurances are adequate and in-force.
- To ensure all reports are prepared and submitted on time e.g. Payroll report, Leave accrual report, Weekly movement report, QRM report, Government statistics report, etc.
- Manage, maintain, update and complete all HR campaigns (e.g. Appraisal, Competency Assessment for key job holders, Succession planning, etc.) with Management
- Liaise with MOM on any related matters
- Submission of statutory statistics and corporate reporting
- Drafting employment contracts and any other legal documents
- Handle all office administrative job (including travel bookings for all employees)
