Job Description
- Developing, updating, and assessing a schedule of tasks.
- Guaranteeing projects meet budgetary and time constraints.
- Collaborating with surveyors, engineers, and architects.
- Generating progress reports and projections for team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Segmenting large projects into manageable phases.
- Employing project management software to schedule activities.
- Formulating contingency plans to accommodate schedule alterations.
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
Requirement
- Min. Degree in Civil and/or Construction Engineering
- Able to read basic structural drawings, proficient in MS Office, Autocad.
- Keen eye for mistakes and detail oriented.
- Preferably 3 year(s) of working experience
- Experience with 3D modelling software.
- Possess strong leadership skill that is able to self-motivate and take initiative to troubleshoot production issues.
