About The Role:
· Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures.
· Involvement in design development.
· preparation of presentation materials, assist in design related tasks.
· Incorporate codes, authority submissions, consultations.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or relevant field (project management etc.)
· Min. 1 years relevant working experience preferred.
· Positive working attitude, self-motivated and passionate.
· Conversant with local building requirements and regulations.
· Good time management skills.
· Due to need of local knowledge, only Singaporean/ Singapore PR preferred.
• Knowledge of Autocad, Revit.
