KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the basics of Glazing Partition and Operable Wall systems.
- Provide comprehensive support to dealers across the above-mentioned regions, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with Dealers to assist in technical aspects of the sales process, providing valuable insights to optimize customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between dealers and external stakeholders and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Work closely with the product development team, offering detailed feedback based on market needs and dealer interactions.
- Work closely with QS team, run through the specification, and provide complete information/specs and mark up the layout.
- Making sure the quotations and drawings are being put together accurately.
- Work closely with logistic and demand planning team to follow up on stock checking, invoicing, and payments. Making sure payment has been received in a timely manner.
- Communicate the upcoming projects to PM, demand planning, and QS team to prepare necessary arrangement for the projects.
- Demonstrate a keen attention to detail in addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
- Foster strong relationships with dealers, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain document flow, making sure those documents saved in SharePoint are the most updated ones.
- Maintain and help to update leads and projects information/status in Sales Pipeline.
- Consolidating information of project specs and history from other regions.
- Coordinate with marketing team on proposal preparation.
- Samples/mockup arrangement to dealers.
- Able to cover other Dealer Management team members during leave period.
