Job Description:
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical and instrumentation equipment, including motors, control systems, sensors, transmitters, and actuators, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation problems, identifying root causes of malfunctions and implementing corrective actions to restore equipment functionality and prevent recurrence.
- Calibrate instrumentation devices and control systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability in measuring and controlling variables such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting electrical and instrumentation equipment, to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with electrical systems, ensuring compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, calibration results, and repairs, documenting work performed and updating maintenance logs and asset management systems as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation / Maintenance Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering in chemical , petrochemical, pharmaceutical and power plant operations.
- Strong Electrical Knowledge.
- Results oriented individual with robust technical abilities.
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Possession of LEW is an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and their administration.
- Knowledge of Maintenance and Asset Management is an advantage
